實際上在setting 做好直接引用的path to phpunit.phar即可直接使用

但是，這邊會遭遇到一個小意外:

如果你是按照PHPUnit的官網來做的話

最後的名稱是"phpunit"
因為PHPStorm只吃"phpunit.phar"這個特定名稱，所以載入會失敗
直接複製一個改名成phpunit.phar就可以直接載入
